Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within (2) business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If we are temporarily out of stock, Dr. Kinsella Skin Ltd (www.drkinsella.com) will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and Dr. Kinsella Skin Ltd (www.drkinsella.com) will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
